By creating an account or using Dishlets, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Dishlets.

2. Eligibility
Dishlets is intended for general use.
You may use Dishlets only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor, you may use Dishlets only where permitted by the laws applicable to you and, where required, with the authorization of your parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account
Certain Dishlets features require an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account;
- Keep your account information reasonably up to date;
- Protect your account credentials;
- Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access;

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Your Recipes and Content
Dishlets allows you to submit and store recipes, photographs, notes, and other content (“Your Content”).
You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant Dishlets a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, modify for technical purposes, and display Your Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Dishlets service.
This includes processing Your Content through technology and service providers where necessary to provide features that you request, such as recipe importing and nutrition processing.
This license does not give Dishlets ownership of Your Content.
When you delete Your Content or your account, this license will end for the deleted content except where continued processing or retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.
5. Your Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for the content that you upload, import, or otherwise provide to Dishlets.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and provide that content to Dishlets.
You must not intentionally upload content that:

- Violates applicable law;
- Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- Contains malicious software;
- Is intended to compromise the security or operation of Dishlets.
6. Recipe Importing
Dishlets may allow you to import recipes from content that you provide.
Automated processing may sometimes produce errors.
For example, an imported recipe may:
- Omit ingredients;
- Misread quantities;
- Misinterpret instructions;
- Incorrectly identify ingredients;
- Produce an incomplete recipe;
- Introduce other errors.
You are responsible for reviewing imported recipes before using them.
Dishlets does not guarantee that automatically imported recipes are accurate or complete.
7. Nutrition Information
Dishlets may provide estimated nutrition information based on recipe ingredients and other information.
Nutrition information may be generated or calculated automatically and may contain errors.
Actual nutritional values may differ because of:
- Ingredient brands;
- Ingredient substitutions;
- Different quantities;
- Portion sizes;
- Preparation methods;
- Cooking methods;
- Differences between databases or sources;
- Errors in imported recipe information.
Nutrition information provided by Dishlets is for general informational purposes only.
It is not medical, nutritional, dietary, or professional advice.
You should not rely solely on Dishlets when making decisions involving:
- Food allergies;
- Food intolerances;
- Medical conditions;
- Prescribed diets;
- Pregnancy;
- Infant or child nutrition;
- Other health-related requirements.
Always verify important nutritional and allergen information independently when accuracy is important.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Some Dishlets features use artificial intelligence or other automated technologies.
These technologies may process recipe text, images, ingredients, or other content that you choose to submit.
AI-generated or automatically processed information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
You should review generated or automatically processed information before relying on it.
Dishlets does not guarantee that AI-generated information will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Food Safety and Allergens
Dishlets does not guarantee that recipes or recipe information are free from allergens or food-safety risks.
Recipes may contain incomplete or inaccurate information.
You are responsible for verifying:
- Ingredients;
- Allergens;
- Cross-contamination risks;
- Cooking temperatures;
- Preparation methods;
- Storage requirements;
- Expiration information;
- Other applicable food-safety considerations.
If you have a serious allergy, medical condition, or other health-related dietary requirement, consult an appropriate qualified professional and verify ingredient information independently.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Dishlets for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Dishlets or its systems;
- Circumvent security measures;
- Interfere with or disrupt Dishlets;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Reverse engineer Dishlets except where expressly permitted by applicable law;

- Use automated systems to access Dishlets in a way that creates unreasonable load;
- Abuse or exploit Dishlets or its infrastructure;
- Infringe the rights of others through your use of Dishlets;
- Use Dishlets to conduct fraudulent or malicious activity.
11. Intellectual Property
Dishlets and its original content, software, design, interface, branding, logos, features, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Dishlets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:
- Copy;

- Sell;
- Lease;
- Sublicense;

Your recipes and other content remain yours, subject to the license described in Section 4.
12. Subscriptions
Dishlets offers optional paid subscriptions.
Subscription options may include weekly and annual Premium plans. Pricing varies by region and platform and is shown in the app or app store before you confirm your purchase.
Dishlets may also offer a 7-day free trial to eligible users.
The availability and eligibility of a free trial may depend on the applicable offer and whether you have previously used a trial.
13. Free Trial
If you are offered a 7-day free trial, the trial period begins when the subscription is activated.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, when the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription at the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
The applicable price and renewal terms will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.
14. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If you purchase your subscription through an app store, the subscription is managed by that app store.
Deleting the Dishlets application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
You must cancel your subscription through the subscription-management settings provided by the applicable app store or payment provider.
If you cancel a subscription, you will generally continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period that you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform or required by law.
15. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google, or another third-party payment platform may be subject to that platform’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
Dishlets does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card information when purchases are processed by an app store.
Where applicable law gives you mandatory cancellation or refund rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
16. Changes to Subscription Prices
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
If a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice and comply with applicable laws and applicable app-store requirements.
Your continued subscription after a price change takes effect will be subject to the applicable renewal terms presented to you.
17. Availability of Dishlets
We aim to keep Dishlets available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Dishlets may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Technical problems;
- Infrastructure failures;
- Security incidents;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Dishlets when reasonably necessary.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Dishlets and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary, including where:
- You materially violate these Terms;
- Your use creates a security risk;
- Your use is fraudulent or abusive;
- Your use violates applicable law;
- We are required to do so by law;
- Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect Dishlets, its users, or its infrastructure.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice before terminating an account.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
19. Account Deletion
You may delete your Dishlets account using the account-deletion functionality provided by the App.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize associated information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain.
Deleting your Dishlets account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through an app store.
You remain responsible for cancelling an active subscription through the applicable subscription-management system.
20. Third-Party Services
Dishlets relies on third-party services to provide certain features and infrastructure.
These services may include providers of:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dishlets and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Dishlets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Dishlets and its operator for claims arising from or relating to Dishlets will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid for Dishlets during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

- Violation of these Terms;
- Unlawful use of Dishlets;
- Infringement of another person’s rights;
- Unauthorized use of content;
- Intentional misuse of Dishlets.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or from circumstances where applicable law does not permit such an obligation.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec, Canada, except where mandatory laws of your country or place of residence provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction rules that apply to the parties.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice as reasonably appropriate and as required by applicable law.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were most recently updated.
By continuing to use Dishlets after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
